CSV import expects the same columns this app exports. Duplicate IDs are skipped, so re-importing your own export won't double-count.

On iPhone, open this file once in Safari and keep using the same browser; Safari can purge site data
for pages untouched for ~7 days, so export a JSON backup weekly (exports save to your Files/Downloads).
Clearing browser data or using Private mode wipes it. The JSON backup is your safety net.
